The operation was simple although the payment facility and weighing station was a bit convoluted. There is only one 1-way weighbridge. So you have to go in that route on your way in, then after completion do a loop to go in there again. On another note, I did 2 drop off's with 2 different vehicles and 2 different loads but they both came exactly to 300kg each (2080kg, 1780kg) ... strange but true. Not sure if there is any fixing going on. I had to.pay $120 each load.

So I didn’t have my drivers license on me.The operator at the Weybridge was extremely rude and had the most disgusting attitude. He then tried to charge me $57.00 for the disposal of about a boot size load of Greenwaste.Working as a landscape designer, Business owner, and brand. I’m well aware that currently, this is more than 150% the normal charge for green waste disposal, Excluding my time taken up leaving this comment. All future Business, and recommendations, To be through other waste disposal services and businesses.Extremely saddened that I had to leave this review today.

Be great if the phone number supplied actually goes to the resource centre instead of leisure center or library. When we finally figured out how to get in (poorly signed) the staff were excellent!! Easy to navigate once in.

The people at this facility were friendly and politely informed me the correct area for my used paint. Due to the construction of the new commuter train station and new road bridges over railway line, the entry is a long route through residential area - everyone needs to be aware of this change while construction work is undertaken.

I'm satisfied.I poured my used engine oil into a big oil tank. It was located to the left of the entrance, you have to climb like 4 steps of stairs and then you can pour it on a spacious drain. Then I threw the empty containers into the special bins right next to the stairs.Afterwards I followed the blue line on the road to the battery disposal bins, which were yellow.I'd say that everything has signs and the staff is really kind and helpful. The whole experience was free of cost.

The closing time shows 4:30pm. I got there at 4:20pm to drop off oil for recycling and the gates were closed. Not happy after navigating through detour and traffic. Either advertise an earlier closing time if staff wants to leave at 4:30pm sharp OR keep the facility open until 4:30pm as per your advertised closing time! There was another car behind me and the driver was also very angry.

Put all your waste no matter what it is in your wheelie bin, trust me (lead acid batteries, engine oil, degass your own fridges COG will take them don’t worry as long as the pipes are cut) if you go to this place just one you’ll understand what I mean $$$$$$$$ if you think I’m joking give it a try I paid $150 to get rid of a trailer of clean sand. This place proliferates waste and pollution it doesn’t control or process it. Flys in the face of everything recycling stands for. Avoid like the plague!

place is a absolute joke. worst experience iv ever had. dropped off some lawn clipping. about a full Barrow. they said the scales says I dropped 300kg and wanted me to pay $120 for lawn clippings. spoke to the management he was a total d#ck. says the scales are calibrated daily. I picked up the clipping in one go and said does this look like 300kg, like as if I can lift 300kg. he still said the scales say 300kg. where's your common sense mate. I lifted 300kg of lawn clippings in one go and put them in my tray and took them to byford tip for free. I have a photo but can't work out how to upload it. you should see it

Helpful and understanding staff member…especially for a first timer to the place like me. The paths inside the complex are signed with blue and green lines to make it easy to find the right dump point
