I got charged two tip passes for a load that was definitely under 1.5 cubes! The staff are ignorant and also lazy, they're just standing around doing nothing. Go to Henderson tip if you have the option.

Love the tip shop. There are nice safety rails at the fancy undercover concrete tip face" now. It means most of your bigger rubbish has to be lifted high into the air to clear the rail. So don't be tired

Felt looked after by the gate keepers, very friendly and happy to answer my queriesThe roads are well marked with the colour coded system to the appropriate dumping areas. I think it was an absolute bonus to be under cover when throwing your general waste into the pit. Well done .

Honestly, it's rubbish!Cheap drop off $25 for all our flooring and wall panels for our van turned camper. Shop is tiny and hasn't got much going for it. I recommend Henderson dump if you are looking for trinkets and bits and bobs.

We used to love visiting and purchasing a few bargains, however it has definitely gone down hill. They hardly keep anything any more and most of what they do have is not worth a penny. It looks like whoever is managing the place has tried to turn it into an expensive second hand shop with discusting clothing and bric and brac. To say I was disappointed would bea real understatement.!!!!

I arrived at about 12 30 pm Monday. There was plenty of staff around. The entry staff was friendly and efficent. The traffic moved quickly and at the drop off point the staff were busy but efficent. I made a small mess and the staff were cleaning it up for me quickly. I will be back.Great way of getting rid of my unwanted stuff.
